Abuse Evaluations

Our team provides State Substance Abuse Evaluations and Dual Diagnosis Evaluations as registered providers for the Nebraska State Probation and Parole System. We proudly accept state-issued vouchers for both assessments and counseling services. With several providers certified in the Addiction Severity Index (ASI) and Child Addiction Severity Index (CASI), we deliver accurate, compassionate evaluations that meet state standards and support long-term recovery.

Alcohol and substance abuse evaluations and services are available to clients in the Gordon/Rushville region. To ensure privacy and appropriate placement, appointments are arranged by phone, and location information is provided upon scheduling.
